Position Profile:

We are recruiting a Global IT PMO Project Lead – Oracle Fusion PPM or Financials, to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget in alignment with business requirements and in collaboration with the Functional Business Leads. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Determine and assess the need for additional staff or consultants and make the appropriate recommendations necessary during the project cycle
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
• Ensure internal general controls are considered throughout project life cycles and follow Redpath change management processes.

Position Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in the field of business administration, management information systems or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years prior experience in the deployment and support of large system implementations in a global environment
• Previous experience implementing Oracle Fusion PPM (must have), P6, InEight Cloud, i2
• PMP Certification is an asset
• ITIL Foundations Certification is an asset
• Ability to travel globally up to 75%
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
